Eucharistic Ministers
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist play a vital role in the spiritual life of our parish community. As lay members of the Church entrusted with the extraordinary privilege of assisting in the distribution of Holy Communion, both at Mass and to those unable to attend, we are called to serve with humility, devotion, and reverence.
Our Mission
The mission of Extraordinary Ministers is to bring Christ's presence to others in a deeply personal and meaningful way. Whether it is at the altar during Mass or in the homes, hospitals, or care facilities of those who are sick or housebound, we strive to reflect the love and compassion of Christ in all that we do.
Who We Are
We are a group of dedicated individuals committed to supporting the clergy and serving the wider parish community. Rooted in prayer and a deep respect for the Eucharist, our ministry reflects our commitment to sharing God’s grace with those around us.
What We Do
- Assisting at Mass: During Mass, we assist in the distribution of Holy Communion to ensure that all present are nourished by the Body and Blood of Christ.
- Visiting the Sick and Housebound: We take the Eucharist to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass, offering them the spiritual comfort of Holy Communion and companionship in their time of need.
